Conference Guide Advertisement

HALF PAGE – $395 | HALF PAGE – $395

PACKAGE INCLUDES – Secure ad space for your company-specific messaging within the pages of the CCC Conference Guide. The Conference Guide will be given with attendee name badges and lanyards at registration. The Conference Guide is a quick reference guide that will always be at attendees’ fingertips to access event information. Guide specs to be availed and are subject to show management determination.

Attendee Breakfast Sponsor

COST – $2,500

PACKAGE INCLUDES – Catch attendees’ eyes with your message at every table in the meal hall! Your company logo and profile displayed on table tents in the meal room as well as signage in the meal room. You’ll also have the ability to stage or hand out collateral or giveaways.

Exhibit Hall Carpet Logo

COST – $3,000

PACKAGE INCLUDES – Create a visual impact by placing your company’s branding directly in the path of attendees. One (1) 5’x5’ full color carpet logo located in the exhibit hall at the main entrance or near your booth.

Hallway Banners

COST – $2,500

PACKAGE INCLUDES – What better opportunity to get your message across than with one (1) 10’ x 4’ banner that will be hung on the major hallway located at various locations within the convention center for the duration of the conference.

Website Advertising on CCC-CON.COM


PACKAGE INCLUDES – Opportunity to submit one website ad that will be placed on the Cannabis Collaborative Conference website. Ad specs to follow.

COST – $10,000

PACKAGE INCLUDES – Opportunity to offer an attendee water bottle with your logo on it. To be given at attendee registration. Single color logo used.

Evening Reception Sponsor

COST – $5,000

PACKAGE INCLUDES – Sponsor the evening reception held on the show floor at the end of Day 1. Network with attendees, sponsors & exhibitors while enjoying appetizers and a no-host bar. Includes branded cups, napkin, signage & logo on conference guide ad.

Bag Insert

COST $500

PACKAGE INCLUDES – Opportunity to include one (1) collateral item in the attendee bag (One 8 ½” x 11” single or double sided flyer, CD/DVD or thin flat stack-able item). Bag Insert will be subject to approval by CCC team. Shipping instructions to be availed.

Graffiti Wall Sponsor

COST – $3,500

PACKAGE INCLUDES – The Graffiti Wall is an interactive activity enticing guests to take their picture and decorate it “graffiti-style”. Each participant will get to take home a picture with your company’s logo on it.
